Product: HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

Hi All
I have purchased a Reverb G2 headset (Germany; came delivered with the newer M52188-001 cable). Unfortunately, as soon as I connect the headset Windows Mixed VR can only connect to the device at lower USB 2 speed (error E_DEVICE_USB_SPEED_TOO_SLOW). See screenshots for documentation.

For reference, here are the exact system specifications (I've updated the BIOS to the latest version):

Please let me know if the issue can be resolved - if not, I will have to refund the entire product.
