Reverb G2 Headset
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to access support for a recently purchased Reverb G2 VR Headset, but HP's website will not recognize my serial number. It was purchased new from the HP website just a couple weeks ago, and came with defective lenses. Is there another way to access support?

@Bazzered, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are having an issue with the Reverb G2 VR Headset. To assist you better, kindly elaborate on the issue.

For now, you may refer to - HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset - Common Issues

If the lens goes black, reduce the volume and check if that helps. If the volume is set to more than 96%, this issue may occur.

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Have a great day!

Hi. I have EXACTLY the same issue. (I have found three other posts as well).  Please let me know if HP provides an alternative way to contact support.

For me, the serial number was located inside the headset and to the left of the left lens. The sticker is small to read.
