 I recently ordered a Reverb G2 VR headset, and I am having issues with it, it is no longer connecting to my computer, it was working fine for weeks, and I unplugged it because I needed to move my computer, and it is no longer working. The Serial number for the VR is not valid either, I need help. I need a replacement or I need this serial number validated. 


The headset was working fine yesterday, I unplugged it because I needed to move my computer, it is not recognized by my computer after doing so, Ive tried everything. I went into device manager and went into 6d and 0 for the serial number, and it is invalid.

I see that you have an issue with your Reverb G2 and may need advance support.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
