HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

Hi,

Reverb G2 will not turn on.  I've had it for about 18months.  Was working fine until a few days ago.

The HP light on the headset will not turn on.

Display is black. Headset is not recognized by pc/WMR.

Got a new cable (this is the 2nd time I had to get a cable) and still not working.

The light on the box is on.

The PC made the generic noise when you plug in device.

Other things work in the USB C port so the port works.

Windows 11 is up to date.

Graphic drivers are up to date.

Uninstalled/reinstalled WMR.

Tried the usb-c to asb-a adapter.

I'm at a loss what to try next.

I see that there is an issue with Reverb G2 hardware and may need replacement.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
