Reverb G2 no power on breakout box, serial number not recognized for warranty support

I received my G2 Reverb in the mail today and, after setting it up, discovered it won't power on. The LED on the breakout box won't turn on, and I've tried it on multiple outlets. After some research it seems like the breakout  box not getting power is a common problem, and it may need replaced.

 

I tried opening a warranty support case but the website and support line won't recognize the G2 serial number. To make it worse, every time I try to speak to a support agent through the support line it hangs up on me before disconnecting.

 

What can I do to receive support here?
