Reverb G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I received my reverb G2 this morning thinking I would have the new version of the cable directly included, but I got the first gen one which is causing problems with my B550 AMD motherboard, I got everything from a blue screens to disconnections and random sound issues, floor heigh problems, etc. Only one USB port recognised the headset but with all these problems. I would like to get a working gen 2 cable but I have trouble using the HP support on the website... I am living in Portugal.

I also have problems with the controllers randomly disconnecting, and it is not a battery issue as i am still using the stock batteries included in the box. I hope it is related in some way to the cable...

Thanks for your help,

Pierre

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand that your HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset is not working correctly. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset - Common Issues: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06984162 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your headset. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps!
