Hi there HP Geverb G2 owners

 

I have the following problem.

The headset is connected to my pc and for some reason the setup does not continue.

The windows mixed reality app is trying to scan my system but all it does is scanning and does not show my system.

So i can not continue with the following setup step.

I did use the "windows mixed reality pc check app", and that says that everything is fine.

 

My operating system is fine ....................windows 10

My graphicscard is fine........................3080

My graphicprogramme is fine.................27.21.14.6089(wddm 2,7)

My cpu is fine..............8700k

My ram is fine...............32 gb

My discspace is fine..................208 gb

My usb is fine...................3.0+

My bluetooth is fine....................4.0+

 

The why does it not continue the setup?

 

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update:

 

My problem is fixed.

I did a full reinstall of windows 10.

Everything works fine now.
