Screen Flickering Fullscreen only

 Screen flickers often when in fullscreen only and only when when watching videos and playing games. I have tried redownloading graphics and monitor drivers, changing HDMI cables, and factory resetting the monitor. I have a GTX 1070 and an i7 8700. Any help would be much appreciated.

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
