Shipment haven't arrived yet

HP Windows Mixed Reality VR1000nn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had problem with my mixed reality, and i contacted hp.They said it's most likely a cable problem, asked for my e-mail and shipping address, and said that they will send me a new cable.

This was on 29th of January, and still didn't receive anything. How long does it take these shipments to arrive?

I request you to talk to HP support to check the shipment status.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
