HP Reverb G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not sure if this is the correct forum....but...

Having issues with the HP Reverb G2 and the AMD X570 chipset (as it would appear so are many other users). I tried to log a support case but I get the message "This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website."

How am I meant to log a support case?

Thanks

Hi @mrflibbleoz,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Hi,

To clarify this is for the Reverb G2 VR Headset and this is still well within warranty. I assume I just change the country to the US (as then I get an option to talk to a representative).
