Product: OMEN Accelerator
The installation guide for the full video card states:
b. Place the bracket on the card.
c. Tighten the captive screw on the bracket.
d. Install the non-captive screw into the bracket.
But my kit (without a video card) does not have this bracket. The sales box is completely sealed.
Where can I get it? Should it be included?

@ZLOnix
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did you purchase the parts from HP?
- Have you tried contacting the place where you purchased the CARD?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
