Omen Mindframe Headphones
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My headphones don't work. I don't know what happened, they just disconnect and they never came back on. I unplugged them and plugged them back in multiple times and it never worked. When I do plug them in, they register as "USB Device". Not 'Omen Mindframe Headphones". Please help. I paid good money for these.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried checking the headphone with other device?

While you respond to that, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling Omen Command Center.
