I'm hearing a ticking sound coming from my monitor PSU, it makes that noise only when the monitor is plugged into the PSU and it's turned off, it sounds like this (that's not my video) https://youtu.be/GX3ItV1IE8I

Are you saying the power brick (AC adapter) that plugs into your monitor is making a ticking noise?

If so, its most likely failing and needs replaced. AC adapters should be silent.

If you are under warranty, contact HP Support for a claim.

Contact HP Worldwide | HP® Official Site

If not warrantied, you would have to find a matching adapter from a third party source. HP does not sell them.
