UK Return Address for Display (Pavilion Quantum Dot 27)

Hi. 

A courier is due to collect the HP Pavilion Quantum Dot Display tomorrow and wants me to write the return address on the box. 

I am however unable to get HP to respond by email or phone to get this info. I am in the UK, South East England more precisely.

Could anyone please help? Thank you so much.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

I already have a case number which I can PM you. All I need is a physical address as the courier is about to collect the package in about 3 hours from now. I have been trying to get the info for the last 7 days and it has been 10 days since my discussion started.

The courier came and took the box. So for now this is sorted but this is a challenge to solve at a process level for HP I feel. Thank you for taking the time to reply to me.
