HP Mouse M270

So i purchased this HP Mouse M270 from amazon and it came out as the worst choice as this mouse stopped working and now I can't even claim warranty as HP says enter the correct serial number. I NEED ASSITANCE WITH THIS PRODUCT. I even mailed for service to "hpstoreindia@customerservice.team" but they didn't helped me out.

I am attaching a picture of mouse along with the invoice.
