OMEN Accelerator
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Community

Long story short. I wanted to use my  HP Elitebook x360 830 for Gaming and bought myself the OMEN Accelerator in which I installed a ZOTAC GeForce RTX 2070 Super Edition (8GB).

I'm not a tech guy so I relied on the good experience I had in the past with HP.

But with the OMEN Accelerator I got frustrated.

I followed the instructions at  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05573720)

But I can't connect the Accelerator to the laptop. Only once it actually worked, but wasn't displayed in the Omen App. When I disconnected it would not reconnect again.

When I tried to install the OMEN GA1-10 Accelerator firmware update I got the error below:

However in the Thunderbolt Control Center the Accelerator gets detected.

I look forward to finally find an answer.

Thanks in advance.

@Banhien

I have the System Model HP EliteBook x360 830 G6,

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz, 1992 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

So I understand I don't need to update the firmware on my laptop?
