Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s1000 ICTO Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

I am locked out of windows on this 2 wk old laptop. little things began messing up...for 3 days I didn't have a mouse/cursor...then the bluetooth went...and now I can't get back in...

the technicians have attempted to help (once I could find someone) and the past two days I have just wept from throwing it outside.

hp technician tried to perform a factory reset and it wouldn't let them...

and now, i don't know what to do.

70 yrs old, all i wanted to do was to play World of Warcraft... i just don't know...return it??? even THAT is a hassle.
