Product: HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-dv2000 (4Z018AV)

I purchased laptop on 25-feb-2023 but warranty started showing as October 26, 2022 in HP website. And model I purchased is 14-dv2014TU but after putting serial number here it's showing HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-dv2000 (4Z018AV)

please clarify on this, is seller sold me old laptop ? and it's having technical issues as well, How I can replace it ? I purchased from flipkart(order id: OD427411849855776100) tried requested to replace within policy time but twice got rejected still checking with them, I am just getting assurance but no progress on that, looks like they did fraud and cheated, escalated to consumer complaint there also just giving me assurance that they will revert back but I am not getting any response what should I do ?
