Hi, I bought a hp gaming mouse last year from Amazon (India) and it has 3 year warranty. So, until last month it was working perfectly but since few days it gets disconnected or the cursor stops moving or stops at a same position for few seconds and then it moves. My laptop's mouse works fluently so the issue is in the mouse as a hardware. Now, how can I claim the warranty??
