HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Reverb G2 has worked since I received it from Amazon in the UK on 26 November 2021. Today I am getting a 'USB device not recognised' error after switching on my PC. The headset was working 2 hours before this. There have been no hardware or software changes made to my PC since the headset was working. On logging on to the HP website for support I find that the warranty start date for my device is 18 September 2021. If there is a fault with the unit it has occurred within 12 months of the purchase date. How can the warranty start date be rectified?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you want to update the warranty, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to raise a warranty dispute to update the warranty.
