The charger part number and description is:

 

M41303-001
SKO-230W AC ADPTR, PFC SMART 3Pin 4.5mm

 

The power cord that goes from the wall socket to the power adapter is sold separately.

 

L22331-001
CORD C13 1.0M STR Prm NA

 

The charger is not orderable from HP, so my recommendation would be to go on eBay, search by the HP charger part number and see if you can find a used but tested and working genuine HP charger.  They usually come with the power cord as well.
