Was any batch delivered to Connections? Some people ordered G2 from Microsoft a couple of days ago and estimate delivery date was shown as 11/11/20 while many preorder status in Connections is still back ordered. Why could Connections not the first retailer in US receiving it from HP? Their website was directly linked at official HP website and it was preorder. HP really needs to fulfill the preorders first before sending to other retailers.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.  

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Just FYI for those interested. I ordered the G2 from Connections on 10/27/20 and received the G2 today. So if you know when you ordered yours you'll have an estimate of when to expect your G2 relevant to MY order date.
