HP Reverb G2 REV. A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

First Problem: i can´t register my HP Reverb, because the Serial Number is not existing.

Secons Problem: Windows Mixed Reality Setup crashes after 1 second.

Third: how to contact the support, if the serial number is first problem?

Hi, in case you haven't solved the first part;

The Reverb G2 serial # is written in VERY small print on a semi-circular label under the "faceplate".

-Remove the faceplate (the padded plastic interface you had to remove in order to fit the cable to to the headset).

-There are labels either side of the lenses; look at the left label

-At the top left corner of the label is written the serial# (the writing is only 1-2mm tall - you might need a magnifying glass).

-Without giving out my serial #, it is written in the form of X=numbers, A=letters; XAAXXXAXAA (be careful if you have a "0" in your serial# that means Zero, not the letter O - at least it was for me).
