HP Vector Wireless Mouse
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought an HP Vector Wireless Mouse, and I have been using the HP OMEN Command Center to monitor its charge level. I've had it plugged in for a while and it has not budged from 80%. I've also tried using it wirelessly, and it hasn't gone below 80% - although I acknowledge this could be due to its long battery life. Supposedly it charges very quickly, though, which means it should definitely go above 80% when plugged in.

Any ideas why this might be?

Thanks in advance!

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now,

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Thanks for the response. A couple things in reply:

First, the product in question is a mouse, not a computer. As I mentioned, it is the HP Omen Vector Wireless mouse.

Second, I cannot contact support because doing so requires me to enter a serial number for the product. the serial number (which I found on the underside of the mouse and confirmed on the underside of the box) is not recognized by HP's website, and it will not let me continue. What should I do about that?

Hi@Rynin,

Thank you for your reply,

NO troubleshooting for the charging on the HP Omen Vector Wireless mouse. You need to contact notebook support.

Please check on the copy of the invoice serial number.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you mean. How can I contact support without a serial number? The support page you sent asks for a serial number or a product name/number. If I give it the product name or number, it redirects me to a page which asks for the serial number. I'm not using a notebook.

What do you mean by "the copy of the invoice serial number?"

Thanks for your response!
