Greetings, I communicate to see if you could help me with a problem. The battery of my laptop no longer works, I can not use the lapto unless it is connected to the charger. If I disconnect it from the charger the laptop turns off in minutes. I tried to find a replacement from the HP Support app but I can't find the battery. I would like to know where I could get a replacement since in the HP store it does not appear. I would appreciate the help.

The specs of your machine is

It uses  4-cell, 70 Wh Li-ion polymer battery part #  917724-855 which is N/A from HP Parts store

You can use part # to search online such as Amazon, Newegg, BestBuy .... eBay. Newegg is selling it for $80.00.

HP won't allow me to post the link, please help yourself.
