Hi @tushar8e8e

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like you're dealing with frustrating issues on your HP GK320 keyboard, including delayed input, random key activation, and challenges with claiming warranty due to an invalid serial number.

Here's how you can address these problems:

Step 1: Troubleshoot Keyboard Issues

Inspect for Debris:

  • Check for dust or debris under the keys that might be causing malfunction.
  • Use compressed air to gently clean the keyboard.

Update or Reinstall Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager (search for it in the Start menu).
  • Expand Keyboards and right-click on your GK320 keyboard.
  • Select Update Driver and choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
  • If updating doesn’t work, uninstall the driver and restart your computer. Windows will reinstall the driver automatically.

Test on Another Device:

  • Connect the keyboard to another computer to rule out PC-specific issues.

Step 2: Resolve Warranty Claim Issues

Verify Serial Number:

  • Double-check the serial number on the keyboard or its packaging. Ensure there are no typos when entering it on the HP Warranty Check page.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
