HP USB-C Dock G5

I have a dock that is still under warranty but after trying to reach HP for several days through chat, and Phone I can't get anyone who can help its like the warranty doesnt exist if they don't acknowledge you how do you get to a person who will help this is very frustrating

I’m really sorry you’re going through this—it’s incredibly frustrating when you’re entitled to support but can’t seem to get through to the right person. You shouldn’t have to struggle just to get the help you deserve, especially for a product that’s still under warranty. I can only imagine how exhausting it must be after days of trying.
