Omen Reactor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a serious problem that affects the way of playing the game when I press the button  M1, M2, and Left Click simultaneously. it will change the polling rate from 1000 to 125 this is a huge problem for me and for others

I try using Omen Command Center but no affect

so how I can stop the short cut that change the polling rate??????????

You don't. It would take a Firmware update to do it and it probably wont happen unless a "lot of people" complain.

If the firmware update did occur, know that you will lose the ability to change the polling rate and the firmware upgrade would not be reversible.

I do not work for HP so understand I cannot change how HP does things. Just saying.

maybe you are right but I think pressing 3 buttons is not a good solution to change the polling rate

it will be better if you press 4 buttons instead

Download the driver for Reactor. Here's more information about changing polling rate.

So as not to mislead anyone, that firmware update that came out in 2019, affected...

Fix and enhancements:

- Enhances the color displayed by the LED light.

Nothing to do with polling rate.
Always read the notes of the updates before assuming.
