Product: hp by omen headset 800
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so i got the bundle with the headset and my PC , the headset never worked, either people couldnt hear me or i couldnt hear them, so i reset my PC now when i plug it in there is a loud fan noise on the other side and no one can hear me. basically instead of my voice its all just white noise. i input the serial number to check warranty and it said the serial number doesnt exist
