hp omen 600 blinking in blue

i just bought omen 600 yesterday, and it is something weird.

1. omen 600 is blinking in blue no matter what dpi i choose.

2. everytime i boot my computer, dpi turned into 400 and malfunctioning, skipping, etc, i have to unplug and replug it

everytime than dpi automatically changed to 800.

(edit) 3. sometimes it stops working untill i press dpi change button.

i did updated firmware and reinstalled several times but no answers. there is no software, there is no factory reset.

does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

it didnt work. the firmware update that i installed and reinstalled several time, is exactly this update. is there anyway i can do to reset this mouse?

As I understand you have attempted to follow the steps mentioned and unfortunately nothing has helped to resolve this issue. 

More over, there is no way to reset the mouse. 

I would personally suggest you contact our HP support team for further assistance.
