hp pavilion gaming keyboard 500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have hp pavilion gaming keyboard 500, and when i play games and use W+A or any other letter, i can not use spacebar, it is like the keyboard is limited on two letter use, this problem is only happens in combination with w. Is there any driver to fix this problem?

@Dulo
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Have you tried this keyboard on different computer or laptop?
  • Have you tried with different key combination ctrl+alt delete?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi, I tried the keyboard on other devices and it has the same problem. Yes, other keyboard shortcuts work fine.The onely problem is in combination whit W.

Thank you for posting back.

This sounds like keyboard compatibility related issue as the issue remains the same on another device

I would suggest try to use or check with a different keyboard to ensure the key combinations are working fine. This way we can isolate the issue.

Keep me posted for further assistance.

yes, before this i used another keyboard for almost a year and it worked fine. I think the keyboard has a problem with the driver, I even installed the UEFi diagnostics and did a test to confirm that the keyboard was correct.
