HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

my G2 has broken down again, it was replaced under warrantee 1 year and a few days ago, again the same problem headset will not connect, that the 4th time in 2 years Ive had a failure of either the cable or the headset, $ 1000 and it lasts such a short time. Is there any way HP will support this product ?

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the reliability of this headset, surely a replacement is justified under implied warrantee, a product should provide a reasonable life of operation.
