Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so basically i plug it in and it wont even detect my reverb, however, the white light on the little black box is on.

im using an Alienware Area 51m r2 and i would really like some assistance

This is a common issue across both AMD & Intel platforms.  The headset is basically a paper weight - it is NOT your system.  I, and MANY others have experienced the exact same issue.

 

I encourage you to return the unit ASAP and either request a replacement or seek another brand.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues connecting the Reverb G2 headset to your computer.

Hi Fossette,i have had the same problem with my g2 and i have had it since first orders in the uk frustrated {under statement} anyway appreciate your input but HP are not solving the same problem a lot of people are having, stating the obvious to us with your link to the setup for the g2, its not setting up incorrectly its a driver problem which when you try to download conflicts with windows 10  in device manager - hololens ?
