Hp Reverb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello folks

I recently bought a HP Reverb for sim work and I'm having no joy getting the mixed reality portal to see it

If I use the on board usb 3 ports I get incompatible usb, try installing another.

I tried all 3 ports this pc has and same issue.

I then purchased a inateck pci-e usb card and thought that would solve the problem but that doesn't even recognise the Reverb has been plugged in.

The ports work fine for mouse, Bluetooth adapter etc so they are working

I've googled and searched this forum and I cant find anything

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Hi Grant

When installing the Inatek card did you connect the power cable for the card?

One thing I would suggest, based on recent similar experiences with another VR system, is to check which drivers you have installed for the Inatek card. It is possible you have either the Microsoft Windows drivers or the Fresco USB3 chipset drivers.

Since the card isn't helping you, try whichever driver you currently do not have installed. You can probably get the required drivers from the Inatek support site.
