if i use the usb a to c adapter, "Make sure the USB cable is plugged into the SuperSpeed USB 3.0 port." error 4-1

if i use the type-c ss port, "connect your headset"

I came across your post and wanted to assist you. I understand you are having issues with USB ports not working. Don't worry we'll work together to find a solution for you.

 

Various methods available to fix (for error code 43): 

  • Uninstall and then reconnect the external hard drive 

  • Install Hotfixes that resolve issues that may exist on Windows 7 

  • Install the latest Windows Updates 

  • Reinstall USB controllers. 

  • Update the BIOS.

btw. im talkign about reverb g2 which doesnt wanna connect to my pc
