VR1000-100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My current HP Windows Mixed Reality VR Headset is starting to have some issues. I'm looking to try and replace it, but when I look up the serial number, it says the headset no longer has it's manufacturer warranty (the sticker says VR1000-100). However, the image provided of a HP Windows Mixed Reality Headset VR1000-100 looks nothing like the headset I use at all. My headset looks more like the HP Windows Mixed Reality Developer Edition VR1000 Series,  HP Windows Mixed Reality Professional Edition, or the HP Windows Mixed Reality Headset. The serial number, product number, and model number all lead me to the HP Windows Mixed Reality Headset VR1000-100, however my headset doesn't look like it is the same model. Is it possible they put the wrong sticker on my headset? Also my cable that came with the headset isnt working at all!
