omen command center

i had a prolem with the omen command center, i have a new keyboard and is the omen encoder ,but when i open the omen comand center it doesnt see it, it is important for me to change the light because they are really annoing what can i do? (i dont have an hp computer)

I recommend you uninstall the Omen command center and then download and install it from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Were you able to download and install the Omen command center from Microsoft store?

Download and install it from the below link and check if it helps.
