Product: Hp pavilion gaming keyboard 500 and omen mouse 400 and Hp pavilion gaming headset.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

im trying to use the omen gaming hub to get a macro for my mouse, but the app doesnt even recognise my mouse so its impossible to do it. i also noticed that the only thing it sees is my pc, and none of the accessories. please feel free to ask questions as i have no idea what information i should give you.

ive restarted my pc, replugged the accessories in, and i am not sure what other steps i should take for this issue.
