i have that issue on my VGA tv when i use it on my ps5 unsing an adaptor. i almoset try everything from lowing the ps5 output setting to runinnig safe mode to apply an automatic resolution ( it came up but when i choose the automatic option and after the PS restard it turn back to the out range issue) 

i don't know what to do.

i'd be very thankful for some help.

Do you mean from HDMI (PS5) to VGA (Monitor), From HDMI (digital) to VGA (analog) you need to proper converter. What is your monitor ?
