HP Recommended

I have the hp reverb g2 rev 1 and I got the v2 cable after the original broke and it worked for some months but now it has stopped working again, the light on the cable and the headset doesn't turn on and my pc does not recognize the headset. I have been unable to contact the support as the number thats listed for support is not in use and there doesn't seem to be any other means to contact them.
