Steps to Fix OMEN Gaming Hub Not Recognizing OMEN Mouse
Step 1: Check USB Connection
- Try plugging the mouse into a different USB port.
- If using a wireless OMEN mouse, ensure the receiver is properly connected.
Step 2: Update OMEN Gaming Hub
- Open Microsoft Store and check for updates to OMEN Gaming Hub.
- If the app is outdated, update it and restart your laptop.
Step 3: Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub
- Uninstall OMEN Gaming Hub from Settings > Apps.
- Download the latest version from HP’s official site or the Microsoft Store.
- Restart your laptop and check if the mouse is detected.
Step 4: Update Mouse Drivers
- Open Device Manager → Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
- Right-click your OMEN mouse → Select Update Driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Step 5: Reset OMEN Gaming Hub
- Open OMEN Gaming Hub.
- Go to Settings > Reset Hub.
