First, it does show this display problem on both the lens WHEN I FIRST STARTED but i changed the settings in wmr and now it only gives me the problem on the left eye, I am also using an INSIGNIA USB-C to display port adapter since my gpu doesn't have a display port or Mini DP (THE ADAPTER supports 4K 3840x2160 at 60 Hz)

Second off, I'm seeing in the left lens, they're graphics I can barely see but it's lines everywhere and all black and white so i can't make out the visuals. 

(The right lens is perfect, displaying everything perfectly.)

Finally, these are my specs for the gaming laptop i just bought last week.
