@CuriousGeorge00 --  if i look for a solution as to, "why wont my car start?" and you say, "buy a new car or return the car and get a new one". thats [sic] a bad answer isnt [sic] it?

It's only a partial answer. The full answer is:

* take enough courses to qualify as a journeyman mechanic, and purchase the latest in electronic, computer-based, diagnostic devices, to trouble-shoot it yourself,

* get the car towed to an independent auto-shop, for a professional technician to trouble-shoot,

* exercise the dealership's warranty, to get the car fixed, at the dealership's expense.

Similarly, on your computer:

* take courses, or become self-taught, to trouble-shoot it yourself,

* take the computer to an independent computer store, for a professional technician to trouble-shoot,

* take the computer back to the retail store that sold it to you, and get them to exchange it,

* contact HP Support, to open a "case" (as HP calls it) against the HP Warranty, to get HP to repair/replace it.

Simple, right?

@CuriousGeorge00

Yes, I understood that!
Sorry again, I understand how you may feel!
So finally, we get lost in useless answers, your problem is solved, or only partially, (that's what I understood)
So you say, he doesn't wake up, but he disappears completely, what's going on?
If you have the intel storage technology panel, I don't know if it helps but
performance tab:
power and performance management
on/off
power management .. helps the device to save energy in case of inactivity ....
