Product: hp omen 880-169ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

При установке нового HDD в специальный слот, первое время все работает нормально, но через день или два компьютер перестает видеть hdd. При перезагрузке вылетает синее окно с информацией об ошибке hdd, при установке диска в другой слот компьютер снова обнаруживает диск.

В чем проблема? Один hdd уже пришел в негодность, боюсь что еще и новый испортится

Is it HDD or SSD?

 

If the latter, what is this SSD exactly? Does it have latest firmware / driver installed?

 

Also, in what way previous disk did die? What kind of damage occurred? What error messages do you see?

 

Perhaps your disk is put to sleep by Windows after some time and it doesn't like it? Did you check advanced power settings?

 

Did you run any disk checking software - on both: the original disk and the new one? HDTune / HDDScan / Hard Disk Sentinel? What do they say?
