Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0010

For some reason it is showing that 2.1 gb of my RAM is hardware reserved. It is not the RAM stick because i bought 2 new ones but the it still reserves 2.1gb. How can I fix so I can use all the RAM.

This seems to only apply to models with AMD Ryzen processors and chipsets.
