رفعت شركة الكهرباء الجهد الى 265فولت ولم يعد الحاسب الآلي يعمل على هذ الجهد حيث انه يعمل بشكل جيد على جهد 220فولت ارجو حل المشكله وشكرا لكم

If you can read English:

Your saying the locale utility increased to power grid to 265V from the standard 220V.

Most HP desktops can source 120-230V.  If you get a step-down transformer from 265V to 220V
