Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an Omen 25L #436G2AV.  Intel Core i5-12400 W/RGB Air Cooling(2.5 GHz up to 4.4 GHz, 18 MB L3 cache, 6 cores). I believe the CPU cooler is a Cooler Master.


1. Is there a way to increase the CPU fan rpm? Currently it is running at 800 rpms.  

2.  Does anyone have a recommendation on a good fan upgrade?
