HiP monitor not seeing HDMI port or connecting to x box 1 x stating no input signal

@MarkF3 , welcome to the Community.

 

You should have your monitor connected with the "HDMI out" on the XBox one x to the "HDMI in" on the monitor.  I didn't see any switches on the XBox.  If this isn't working, you should go to Sony's Customer Support to see if there are instructions for the connections.
