Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you can with another working Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive, make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC, using the HP Cloud recovery tool.

ok thank you I just bought this PC on 4/20/20 so idk why is having this issue

You're very welcome.

 

That must be close to a record for a hard drive failing.

 

Since your PC is presumably under warranty, you may want to contact HP and submit a support case under the warranty.
