I just got 32gb 3200mhz ram, but the ram speed is stuck to 2133mhz. Their is no advanced or Xmp settings in bios and no way for me to change the ram speed as far as I know. I see a lot of other people have complained about this, and I guess it's just another of many problems we have to deal with when buying HP. Would like for someone to show me a way if possible and help me with this.

The 2133 speed is the default for many systems, not just HP, when the bios does not recognize the memory.

I do not know what system you have or the CPU.  Some processors from the 2017 -2020 period only handle 2333 mhz memory not matter what the memory speed label shows.

'

Note that even at 2133 speed, the bandwidth is 128 bits so you are running at an effective sped of 4266 since you have two memory sticks  in dual channel mode.

There are only a few HP systems that use XMP and have advanced bios option to enable it.  Same for D.ell and others.
